Social Assistance Guidance Services encompass the guidance and referral services conducted to facilitate access for individuals and families in need of economic and social support to social assistance programs offered by public institutions, local governments, and relevant organizations.

Our directorate provides information about application processes to improve the living conditions of our citizens in need and to ensure they benefit effectively from social support services, directing them to appropriate assistance programs and coordinating with necessary institutions.

In this context, guidance services are provided regarding food, clothing, education, health, housing, fuel, and other social assistance supports, and necessary referrals are made to ensure our citizens reach the social services they deserve as quickly as possible.

Additionally, needs are assessed for individuals with disabilities, the elderly, women, children, disadvantaged families, and all citizens in need of social support, and solution-oriented studies are conducted in cooperation with relevant public institutions, social service organizations, and non-governmental organizations.
