- Timely and completely fulfill the tasks assigned by the municipal council and upper management.
- Identify the needs of women and families and develop solution-oriented social services.
- Produce and implement projects that will strengthen social solidarity.
- Ensure the effective, efficient, and transparent use of municipal resources to safeguard the public interest.
