Delal Women's Solidarity and Life Center Project

The center hosts many areas aimed at empowering women both socially and economically. The Women's Works Library draws attention with its rich archive filled with works produced by women. Here, women will look at history through the eyes of women, access information, and embark on a "journey of self-discovery" by tracing the footprints of their own stories.

The Women's Labor Market within the center offers an important space that makes women's labor visible. Women's handmade products and productions will find buyers in this market; women will seize the opportunity to strengthen economically.

Co-Mayor of Erciş Municipality Güler Temel stated, "We women are the ones who create society; we are the laborers, we are the producers. As half of society, we will emerge stronger from our free living spaces and will be the main force of change and transformation," and with the opening of the center, these women have taken a new step towards solidarity.

The Delal Women's Solidarity and Life Center represents an important need and value in Erciş as a center where women are empowered, produce together, and nurture a free life.
